Staff is always carrying doctors are always great always interested in your health care I love epic clinic been with them about 15 years or so when they open up on livernois love you guys wouldn't go anywhere else
After checking in online prior to arriving, I was taken to an exam room, weighed and had my blood pressure taken. I proceeded to wait 45 minutes (in an exam gown) for the doctor to never show up. Livernois(Detroit) location does not care for patients like Ferndale location. I wonder why.. 🤔 …
I always liked Epic,they show a lot of concerns about your health, listen to your input about how you may feel. I say five stars for Epic wouldn't trade for any other clinic.

I’m a new patient & The call center was terrible, I spoke with Mash & the another lady that told me I couldn’t speak with the receptionist at the clinic because I didn’t know her name, & I wouldn’t tell them why I was calling. I called earlier & I was connected to the front desk with no problem, the receptionist told me to call back at 530 but they wouldn’t transfer my call, they kept hanging up on me, then told me they work inside the clinic what do I want. They were very rude . I don’t want to even become a patient anymore. They need a better call center
She's kind and takes the time out to listen and my son is autistic he likes her and he's very pick she's good with him, any concerns I may have or don't understand she takes the time out to explain, and she shows great respect for patience
